the pressure in the upper back,

• fainting.

Well, don’t take the attacks you watch in the movies for the real ones, because many heart attacks start slowly. Heart attack symptoms vary among individuals, and the sufferer might not even be sure of what is happening. A sufferer may have different symptoms in a subsequent heart attack, and chest pain or pressure is the most common symptom.
