So, if you haven’t noticed, I’ve been on this healthy brain kick lately. Around, we’re always on a healthy heart kick, but over the past few days I’ve been doing a lot of research into improving brain power and brain activity. When we exercise, we usually think about building muscle or perhaps increasing endurance.
